integration of new positioning datatype, added "center" possibility and prevalues for the datatype
removed direct use of imagegen. Needs to be installed by the user himself. Code is left in and can be switched on. Disadvantage: watch image size!
since templatenames of the umbraco Runway changed in the rc3 release we had to update the package too :-)
forgot to add the javascript file to it...:(
